I endured some ridicule after my last post.

One of the cooks I work with thought it was pretty funny that I was giving people advice on how to make salmon. If Manny’s my audience, then I certainly don’t have any business writing about cooking.

So who is my audience? What do you like to read about here?

I am your audience and I quite enjoy your cooking posts. I’m fairly new at the whole cooking thing and I need all the tips I can get.

I am also your audience & I love to read your cooking tips. I have not cooked salmon in a long time, but I think poaching in white wine would be good (with herbs of your own choice). I can’t recall how long this takes. You should check MB.
