My name is Emilia, and I am the author of Under The Table. I grew up in Arizona, where I also went to college, learned to ride a bike and spent seven years trying to be a vegetarian. I kissed a boy for the first time in Long Beach, California and spent five wonderful months living in France when I was 22.
I am now 26 and I live in Seattle. I like dinner dates, arugula, trying new things and cocktails, cocktails, cocktails.
I started Under The Table in the fall of 2009 after seeing Julie & Julia and going out with two different guys who suggested I write a blog. I have a B.A. in journalism and am working on a Master’s in eating, drinking and living well.
